Shannon Dee brings a wide variety of experience to SoulSalt, Inc. From client services to sales, Shannon has worked within industries ranging from health care and insurance, to coaching. One thing that stays consistent no matter where Shannon works is her desire and drive to be of service. Shannon’s first words in many job interviews are: “I’m here to see how well I can help others within your organization.” Shannon doesn’t stay on purpose just at work. After-hours you will find her volunteering and making meaningful contributions throughout her community.
Shannon and Lyn first met early in 2003 when Shannon joined the coaching and product development/ innovation team at Franklin Covey Coaching. They worked closely together until Lyn left the corporate scene to pursue SoulSalt, Inc. full time. Upon Lyn’s departure, Lyn told Shannon that one day, she would work for SoulSalt, to which Shannon replied, “Let me know when!” Eleven years later, that statement came true.
In the summer of 2012, Shannon joined SoulSalt full time as the VP of Operations and Marketing. She enjoys working with the variety of clients and projects we encounter here. She especially loves getting to know each client and witness them growing and reaching their goals and dreams through coaching.
Although Shannon grew up all over the country as an Army brat, she has lived the last twenty years in the Salt Lake Valley. This is the place she considers home. She and her husband Scott have four amazing children and a dog.
