Here are a handful of questions you should be asking yourself if you are wanting results from The Change Cycle.
Is there an uncomfortable gap between the results you are getting and the results that you need or want?
If so, do you try to shift up your actions or behaviors in order to affect a better change?
If that garners unsatisfying results, do you find yourself dictating, even barking out new rules? Do you then focus on reinforcing your policies and procedures hoping this will empower change to happen faster?
If you answered “yes” to any question above, you are part of the unsatisfied majority.
Most of us experience between 20 to 50% of the results we intended to get when working to change some aspect of our lives/work. Unfortunately, most of us will simply settle with lack-luster results as being “enough,” and we placate ourselves by thinking that this is as good as it will get.
If you would you like to get an 80 to 100% return on your change efforts watch this. I’ve found that by utilizing this change cycle can affect stronger results in parenting, working, partnering, etc.
