mBraining: Self-Paced Introductory Modules

These self-paced exercises will assist you in discovering the unique language of your multiple-brains. Based upon scientific research exposed in the ground breaking book mBraining, Using Your  Multiple Brains to Do Cool Stuff by Marvin Oka and Grant Soosalu, each module was designed to increase your ability to “hear” your own inner wisdom.

If you happen upon this page without an adequate amount of knowledge concerning this subject matter, first visit  my introductory blog on this topic. It will provide you with a foundation prior to exploring and using the information on this page.

The second step to using the information on this page is to begin a practice of balanced breathing. I suggest a daily ritual of  balanced breathing sessions twice a day for two minutes at a time and stop and practice balanced breathing anytime you need to return yourself to a coherent state.

Finally, take yourself through a self-paced journey moving through the sequence of podcasts found below in the order they are listed. Don’t wait for “mastery” of a concept before you move on to the next exercise. Simply absorb what you can from each podcast and move on. You can review any single exercise at any time and/or you can practice moving through the sequence several times over a number of days or weeks.

Individuals who complete the entire set of exercises often report feeling more in-tune with the wisdom and unique language of their own head, heart and gut. They report having more peace of mind, less anxiety and a greater capacity to be present. Many clients have even stated that they can better “hear my own truth.”

Notice the transformational, generative change you experience in your life and your own consciousness. Be sure to leave a comment and let us all know about your insights.
