Each session covers essentials to help participants not just become better managers, but become true leaders — inspiring positive change and success across your organization.
During the initial 8-module program, participants will move through personal development exercises crafted to raise awareness, level-up capacity, and develop a personal leadership style.
We’ll design a custom schedule for your group over the course of three to four months, spacing the sessions to keep your leaders engaged and allowing time to implement new learnings.
For packages that include coaching, individual sessions are scheduled at regular intervals during the course of the program.
Leadership Bootcamp begins with four sessions to support your leaders in becoming better at developing their team members.
1. My “What” and “Why” of Leadership:
Discover what makes an exceptional leader and why your leadership matters.
2. Unique Leadership Style Markers:
Identify what makes you uniquely able to lead your team and how to leverage strengths.
3. Personal Leadership Philosophy:
Become the leader you want to be, using your unique style, values, and motivators.
4. My Leadership Philosophy in Action:
Understand what it looks for you to lead effectively, applying your philosophy daily.
In the second phase of Leadership Bootcamp, we delve into the gap between where you are and where you want to be as a leader. Then we work on personalized plans for each participant to get there.
5. Identify Leadership Gap:
Assess your leadership capacity and your goals for the future. This is your leadership gap.
6. Chart a Development Plan:
Create a step-by-step plan to gain the skills, habits, and knowledge to close the gap.
7. Execute on the Plan you Developed:
Coaching and support to help you follow through on change in the face of everyday stresses.
8. Celebrate your Leadership:
Celebrate your expanded capacity to lead and a commitment to continue growing as leaders.
For organizations that want to foster creativity and innovation, this phase offers four additional group sessions and one-to-one coaching to build that capacity and bake it into your culture.
9. What is Innovation? How does it work?
Delves into the forces that bring creativity into a workplace and how leaders grow the capacity for innovation.
10. How to Innovate at Your Organization:
Define what innovation looks like for you. Create a plan to gain the skills and knowledge to close the gap.
11. Seeing Strategically, Practicing Creativity:
Innovation is not an accident. – leaders who plan and strategize can make it part of a company’s DNA.
12. Planning for the Future:
Celebrate, acknowledge wins, and set up accountability buddies with scheduled check-ins to support growth.
The learning can continue by signing up for a full year of virtual tutorials, with 26 lessons arriving every other week. This phase is an optional extension of Leadership Bootcamp, for graduates to continue the momentum at a less intense pace.
Partnering with SoulSalt into the future ensures new leadership skills are cemented into daily practices, with the objective of creating sustainable change.
