Tune Into Your Inner Compass
Now that you’ve joined this upgraded, bi-monthly edition of my newsletter, it’s time to dive into the deep end together. By the way, if you want to go back and reference any previous email messages, they all live right here.
To embark on this journey united, effective, and embodying the change we all hunger for, we must be tuned in to our own “spidey-sense.” We need to trust where we’re going and why we’re heading there. Like the buffalo, we must face the stormy times ahead head-on.
To achieve this level of self-trust and navigate the coming turmoil with confidence and peace, our inner guidance system has to be active. We must tune into it individually before we can unite collectively. We’re not charging into the storm recklessly but moving forward with intention and purpose.
So, no more talking about it—let’s do this.
Let’s move forward by practicing how to listen to the whispers of your heart, the instincts of your gut, and the insights of your mind. This is where it all begins, my Inspired Badass Community!

Here’s how to start navigating with integrity:
- Determine a topic you want more guidance on. Think of a current event, a personal concern, or a problem you’re trying to solve. Write it down at the top of this worksheet here.
- Listen to this coaching session; I’ve prepared it right here. Write down your answers to each question as prompted.
- Take action or shift your mindset based on your findings in this coaching session.
