Discover Your North Star: Be True to Yourself
In my last message, we discussed using your inner guidance system. The one which activates your head/heart/gut brains. How did that go? I was serious when I asked you to share what you experienced. So! If you haven’t emailed me yet, feel free to do that.
PS: if you are not already subscribed to receive this message via your inbox, I invite you to sign up right here.
Your head/heart/gut brains offer a somatic and trusted means to navigate through storms, chaos, and the day-to-day busy. They are direct links to your inner wisdom. And if you utilized the tutorials I shared, you probably found greater clarity and confidence from the experience. Who doesn’t need more of both?
That is why I’m diving deeper. In this message, you’ll find another valuable asset you can access to be your own version of an Inspired Badass.
Today, we’ll specifically get into how to be truer to yourself. To be what I call in my book, a Challenge-Ready, Self-Authoring ADULT!
Also in the book, I quote Albert Einstein who mused: How many people are trapped in their everyday habits: part numb, part frightened, part indifferent? To have a better life, we must keep choosing how we’re living.
We don’t have to be numb, frightened or indifferent. We can choose higher ground. We can find a better way. What I’m talking about is often called your North Star. Or, as I reference it, your inner plum line. It is your key to living aligned with your unique personal values. It is a pure source by which you can center yourself. You can anchor into these values and discern how to stay inside your own formula of integrity without a shadow of a doubt. You can comprehend what is right for you and what is not.
Here’s what to do next: listen to this tutorial (click here) and download and fill out the worksheet provided (click here).
If that exercise proves to be extremely useful, click here and use code BETRUE49 to go through my signature course, BE TRUE. This might just be the most important gift you give yourself all year.
Finally, if you want more information on how to live true, take a look at my most popular blog post: Defining Your List of Values and Beliefs
Before I sign off, remember we’re being our own version of the bison. We’re going through this stormy time. We’re not running from it or hiding behind a tree. We’re going through it all, AND we’re not doing it alone. And we’re not doing it blindly. We’re doing it like an Inspired Badss! Keep going.
(Here’s a little bison reminder I ran across in a magazine last week while working on my 2025 vision board with a mastermind group.)
